Graca Residence is a beautiful 2 storey, 3 bedroom house nestled in the serenity of Umalas. Offering a peaceful retreat whilst being close to the popular cafes and restaurants of Umalas, Seminyak & Canggu. Step into a light-filled, fully enclosed living space designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The spacious living room features comfortable seating, a dining area, ceiling fans and air-conditioning, and opens seamlessly to views of the private swimming pool via large bi-fold doors — perfect for catching Bali’s tropical breeze.

The dining area is furnished with an enormous sleek wooden dining table for 6 people, positioned within an open air pavilion with adjacent kitchen and service area, offering a delightful alfresco dining experience.
The living room including surround Bose Outdoor Music system, Flat screen TV, cable channels in High Definition and DVD player offers a chilled and comfortable, luxury Bali residence experience.
Kitchen
Fully equipped modern kitchen with cooking essentials, gas stove, fridge, microwave and drinkable water cooler.
It contains all of the facilities the staff requires for the preparation of delicious meals, innovative buffets, and party snacks. The large fridge also has a spacious freezer and ice machine and a hot and cold water dispenser stands adjacent to it. There is also an alcohol fridge which is stocked with cold beers and wine which can be purchased at below market price should you wish, the profits of these sales we give to charity.

The main reception room is also large and full of light.
On ground floor, our reception will receiving visitors, clients, etc. when they arrive
Swiming Pool
The entrance to the stunning property leads guests past a large grassed yard, to a walled garden dominated by a 17m x 4m lap swimming private pool, which is bordered by flat lawns punctuated with palms and frangipani trees.
The spectacular and private pool extends the length of the garden and features a wide, deep channel for swimming laps, in addition to stepped levels that allow guests to sit, lounge or lie in the water without actually having to swim.
